Real jam, no cooking required.
Add water directly to the jar, put the lid on, shake hard, and refrigerate for at least an hour. Give it a quick stir before serving. That's it.
You get around 170g of fresh berry chia jam — made from real freeze-dried strawberry and raspberry, sweetened with a little coconut sugar, and set naturally with chia seeds.
No pectin. No preservatives. No refined sugar.
How to make it
Add ½ cup (125ml) of water to the jar. Lid on. Shake hard. Fridge for 1+ hours. Quick stir. Enjoy.
Flavour tip: bright and tart on day one — give it a couple of days and it softens and sweetens. Both versions are good.
Keeps for 7–10 days in the fridge. Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays for up to 3 months.
Dry mix stores in the pantry until you're ready.
Great on toast, stirred through yoghurt, swirled into baked goods, or packed into lunchbox sandwiches.

Store the dry mix somewhere cool and dry before opening. Once you've added water, store the prepared jam in the fridge.
Shelf life
Dry mix (unopened): Best before 6 months from date of production, stamped on pack. Once opened, reseal tightly and use promptly — minimising air exposure helps prevent clumping and keeps the mix at its best.
Prepared jam (once made up with water): Refrigerate and consume within 7–10 days, or freeze in ice cube trays for up to 3 months.

We ship the Add Water Jam nationwide — it's shelf stable, so it travels well. Shipping is a flat $10 per order. Delivery typically takes a few business days depending on your location; we'll confirm your shipping window once your order is placed.
Please note: our bliss balls are perishable and currently only available for local pickup or delivery in select Auckland suburbs — they're not available for nationwide shipping at this time.
