Real Deal Foods was born in my kitchen on maternity leave, inspired by a simple idea: create lunchbox-friendly snacks that are genuinely nourishing and easy for busy families to reach for. With a background rooted in food production and a growing passion for paediatric nutrition, I wanted to make seeds the hero in a way kids would actually enjoy - naturally sweetened and balanced to keep little ones fuller for longer.
